The main objectives of the project are served via:

• the use of new technologies in the methods of work (telework)
• the emphasis  in sectors of economy that are oriented in the use of new technologies (electronic trade)
• the multicultural sensitized administration of enterprises

The aim of the proposed project specializes on the following objectives:

o             Promotion and pilot application of flexible ways of work, regarding the time and the place of work,

o             Awareness with regard to issues of multicultural enterprise management in professional and social level promotion of products to a culturally differentiated public which lives and works in Greece

o             Creation of conditions of combination of familial and professional life

o             Active participation of the target group in the planning and in the actual implementation and evaluation of the project

o             Strengthening the self-confidence and level of skills of the target group

         Fighting discriminations concerning the job market
