Α. ACTION PLAN

In a globalised world the effective management of cultural differences of vulnerable population groups (such as women immigrants) as well as the use of new technological adaptations is not well exploited, although those are essential elements of successful enterprise management, assisting:
• The integration of enterprises into international economic production and consuming networks, that demand new methods of effective management of cultural differences and new technological adaptations
• The distribution of high quality products and services in cultural differentiated consumers
• The advancement of skills as well as the familiarization of new technological adaptations of cultural and vulnerable  population groups (such as women immigrants)

The Central idea of the proposed project constitutes:
A) The promotion of active participation and flexible forms of work, via new applications (telework) of women immigrants, who, because of particular social and cultural conditions, are discouraged from entering the labour market and/ or fully utilizing their skill and capabilities,
B) The "intelligent adaptation” of enterprises to a new work environment and to new consumers’ society

The structure of the project constitutes of integrated activities (studies, training and education, pilot applications etc), including innovative actions such as telework and electronic trade.

The planning, the methodology and the applications of the project are committed to the promotion of technological innovation, the active participation of the target group, and the principle of equal opportunities.
